Dear lovely people at Lowercall, Thank you very much for mounting the rescue mission that enable me to escape from Crackleville.(Customer had a crackly noisy line) I realise that you have gone above and beyond the call of duty, as my incarceration was due to a local fault and not anything to do with the transfer. Line rental with LowerCall save you money AND means that you get straight through to our well trained support staff without having to waste hours trying to talk to the right person at BT. In this particular case, we were able to send an engineer who diagnosed the fault and fixed it the same day. If I knew who your bosses were I would recommend you for the very highest commendation, but then again, I would expect nothing less for your most valued customer. Much love and kisses.
