How to program your phone to use smart divert

Smart divert has a set up fee of £4.95+vat and costs £1.75+vat and £1.49+vat per month for business and residential lines respectively.

Customers are generally emailed with an access number and their unique 4 digit pin number within 24 hours.

To activate smart divert for all calls, dial your access number and wait for dial tone:

Dial *44*(pin number)*(your number)*(number to divert to)#

To cancel smart divert, dial your access number and wait for dial tone:

Dial *21*(pin number)*(your number)#
