

My card is being rejected at the LowerCall website
Make sure you have NOT entered an issue number unless you have a Switch card. If the issue number field is not left blank on Visa and Mastercards, you will get an error message. Make sure the name field is filled in correctly with your name (eg Fred Smith) and NOT the name of the card such as Barclay Card.
If you get the message "There was a problem with your card" it could mean you have insufficient funds in your account or that your card details are no longer valid. In the first instance, try using another card if you have one. Please note that the error message above is generated by your bank and NOT by LowerCall. You should telephone your Bank and Card company and ask why they are blocking the transaction. Sometimes banks block internet transactions as a security precaution.
