I cannot access your Call Cost Calculator

Occasionally we come across customers who cannot access the Call Cost Calculator. The problem seems to be specific to the individuals PC rather than a bug with any particular brand of computer or operating system.

If your computer sits behind a firewall, this could be the problem. The Call Cost Calculator at the LowerCall website uses CGI scripts which some firewalls will not allow.

The best solution is to use another computer, but if all else fails, email LowerCall with details of the call rates you require.
